Sounds like you've done all the right things but Pay Super's just not lining up with how you're currently running things. For SMSFs that only have an ABN and no SPIN, that's actually completely normal. Once registration is successful, you'll be able to create the SMSF details in Pay Super, so they can still be paid properly. For any super funds not showing in the list, it's worth checking with the fund directly to confirm their latest details. If they're still not popping up, you can reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account, and they can help locate the fund or guide you further. If you'd like to fully cancel things so it's all neatly wrapped up, you can also ask our team to disable your Pay Super registration on the backend.
