Red cross on an invoice

Hi team, 

I've tried to send an invoice directly from MYOB to a customer, but the pdf is partially crossed out. See the below screenshot. 

I sent the same invoice to myself again after that and the pdf turned out to be fine. 

Can you investigate this issue further?
