Unable to email pay slip
When I click "Send pay slip"- "Email" to the staff of their payslips. The system shows the following message: "We had an issue and couldn't send the pay slip. Try selecting and emailing it again."
I confirm the employee's email address is correct. Under the payroll setup, the business email I set as my business gmail.
Does anyone know how to address this issue?
