Cancel MYOB Subscription
Hi,
I'm trying to cancel my MYOB subscription but when I login to my account it doesn't give me the option. Customer service takes hours to get through, so any help on here would be appreciated please.

That definitely sounds like a hassle, especially when you’ve already spent time trying to sort it out.
You won’t be able to cancel the subscription directly in My Account, but you can lodge a cancellation request there so the team can pick it up and help from their side. myaccount.myob.com
