Cannot delete a bill

Hi BRS22 , what you are describing sounds like what is required when the bill was previously a purchase order, and a payment was made against it. Is that the case here?
Another explanation could be that the security preferences have changed, to disallow changes to transactions; but that would apply to all types of transactions.

No purchase order was raised. Just a simple duplicate entry.
