Can't email invoices - need to email invoices

I did all that was required for the online payments (secure invoicing) system, even though I will be turning the function off. I confirmed the requested details that I received via email on 30/11 and it has sat on 'account is being verified' ever since. Today I can't send invoice via email, I need to send invoices via email. Can this please be sorted asap.

Same thing has happened to me today. My account has been suspended, but the monthly subscription taken out 10 days ago and all required documents have been sent off awaiting final  verification. I did all I was meant to do back in November, then 1 week ago they said my licence was not valid. I do not want this function at all.

I have enough problems with MYOB.  All we want to do is email our invoices to our clients like we used to.   I pay for this function so I should be able to use it.

So annoying, once my details were verified I was able to send invoices again. I was also able to turn off the online payments for all issued invoices

Hopefully it gets sorted quickly for you

Thanks, I have just spoken to customer service (after over an hour on hold) they are extending my verification for another 8 days to let me send emails, I did tell them that I have done all I can at my end..........it is in their court.thanks for tip re turning off on-line payments.

  • Hi becn1103a,

Once you provide all the required information, we'll wrap up the verification process within 14 business days. You'll receive an email from our team confirming the completion. After the upgrade, you'll be able to send invoices securely through your MYOB file. Just a quick note: your ability to send invoices will only be affected if you don't complete the upgrade.

    Cheers,

    Princess

Princess_Ri need to be able to send invoices today, can the verification process be completed today? As I said I didn’t even want to do the secure invoicing set up but I didn’t so that I could still send emails through the system. There was no mention of the verification process taking 14 days

Hey becn1103a. Our website does mention that once the team have all the documentation, they'll complete the assessment within 14 business days. For more information about process, timeline and contact details for the team - check out the website here: Business Verification Process Thanks Prue

  • Hi Im just wondering if anyone has successfully opted in to the secure invoicing - verified their account and then switched OFF the option for customers to pay via CC, Paypal etc. Im happy to add the security feature if I can be assured that my customers cannot choose the option to pay in this way with me getting charged a fee for the transaction and 1.8% of my invoice value. If anyone has successfully achieved this without having to switch it off individually for each invoice can you please let me know.  I am past my verification date and cannot send invoices but still deciding if I leave MYOB and go to Xero or if I can opt in without charges.

      HiKerrieMac

Yep I ended up completing the process solely so I could send invoices. I have also been able to turn the online payments off as a whole, not just on individual invoices.

Just a quick tip though, I didn’t actually get notified once I had been verified. I luckily noticed when creating an invoice that the online option was there. From memory I was able to click on something in the same area that allowed me to go and turn online payments off

      Hope this helps
