Finding sent emails/invoices.
Hi everyone,
I need a bit of help. I sent an invoice off last Christmas, the customer wanted me to edit the invoice so he could claim it. Being a family friend i did this for him. But then I lost the original invoice. I can’t find it anywhere in my emails or on the myob app.
since then I’ve had time off with my sons treatment and surgeries, and forgot all about it.
he has not yet paid the full amount. And I can not find the exact amount that he owes. (He would definitely have it…..)
so if anyone could help me find the folder where the emails are sent from, would be greatly appreciated.
