Invoices showing in Desktop, not Browser

I have issued 8 invoices in April, which I can see in the desktop version of Accountright. 

 

The browser version tells me "No invoices found". All the filters are clear - see screenshots.

 

Any thoughts?

    Hi georgieh,

     

    If you can see the April invoices in desktop but the browser swears “No invoices found”, that’s not your filters, that’s the system being weird. Best move is to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. This way, they can check what seems to be happening and see why Sales on browser is coming up empty.
