INVOICES WON'T EMAIL

MYOB business has stopped emailing invoices even though it says the invoice has been emailed and saved..customer / work colleagues are not receiving them..is anyone else having this issue?

    For what it's worth, our seems to have come back online as of 03.50pm today (15.10.2025).

Emails are not working, have tried restarting computer, clearing cache and still not emailing?  Invoices are not even saying they are emailed so slightly different to the original post.

    invoices i sent 2hours ago . some made it , some didn't .. now not emailing again after i thought we were in the clear..

      Interesting that a moderator hasn't yet jumped on and given us some peace of mind?  I have popped in a support ticket so hopefully that might expedite things but not getting any response is a concern as the desktop version is not working either.

        There used to be a little help bubble that offered to answer questions re myob but have searched to no avail..must have been an older version
