Have they come up with a workaround this problem? I still cannot email any invoices or payslips.

It’s a bit odd you’re still not able to email invoices and pay slips. The earlier email delivery incident has been resolved and we haven’t seen any new reports today. To sort this out, please jump on live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA or lodge a support ticket through My Account so we can take a closer look.

The emails can sometimes take a little while, between 20 to 30 minutes depending on the time of day they are sent, to be received by the recipient. It might be worth confirming if they have been received or not.
