Missing Paid $15000 invoice

We have had a client  pay an invoice with the credit facility on the MYOB invoices. The client has provided the bank copy on there end to show payment was made however we haven't receive the payment.  

This payment has gone missing for 2 months with no action from MYOB except for one return email acknowledging the error and assuring the funds would be cleared with in 24 hours . That was over four week ago and numerous endeavors in contacting someone to find this money. 

We have contacted MYOB over 6 times in regards to this missing $15000 payment with no support in finding this money. 

What are you doing MYOB?

    Hi TonyArena,

     

    Definitely not the experience you should be having, and I can see why this has been concerning. I've checked with our team, and the payment is still on pending. I've followed up with them again to get things moving, so the funds will be released soon.

      How do we move forward using MYOB and this invoice facility.

      we can’t afford to have payment held up for weeks on end with no explanation. 

  • Please Can we get an update on this.???? You are withholding our cash flow $15000

    We are in a position now to take this further and engage a legal collection agent on the amount that you are withholding.

    I will be advertising this on every site that i can to warn others of this happening to them. 

    This is vital cash flow that you taken and your communication on such a serious issues is not acceptable.

      The community forum is really for Q&A that benefits a broad audience rather than specific 1:1 support (such as this scenario)
      Doreen did previously follow up for you, but it is not within our area to fully resolve this for you and further information around why payments could potentially be delayed is not something we are able to discuss on a public forum.
      I have emailed a manager within the FS team to understand why this is taking so long for you however, and hope that this might help to speed things up for you.

    The team has also assured me that this was a once off scenario and that you can have confidence in using the payments facility ongoing. Thanks, Mike
