I've looked at the email, and it's not blacklisted on our backend. The error code indicates that the email message was rejected by the recipient's mail server. So, I suggest asking your client to whitelist mailto:accountright@apps.myob.com.

I am having this issue too. The email that is being rejected, that company receive from the accountright email from many of their clients. Ours is the only one being rejected. Their IT said is may be blacklist by MYOB. How do I check if any emails are blacklisted on my account??

From time to time emails can bounce back or rejected for all sorts of reasons. It could be that the recipient’s email address has been blacklisted, or they might have marked the app.myob.com domain as spam. Get in touch with our live chat team through our virtual assistant MOCA, they can check if your email is blacklisted and help you sort it out quick smart.
