Have tried all the generic "go to fixes" for any MYOB issues and same here - blank white screen.
It is all very good to state that there is no timeframe for a fix, but seriously this issue has significant ramifications for some businesses.
On a side note:
Also why can't MYOB save and duplicate a purchase/bill that is not in the same fiscal year, but can save and duplicate an invoice not in the same fiscal year ?????? What say you have a few yearly subscriptions and there is a bit of information to type in ? You have to start a new purchase/bill - no other way around it ?
I know that the "account" is locked for accounting purposes, but this should still be allowable ?

We are aware of an issue impacting duplicating invoices and are investigating further.

Would it perhaps be better when an issue like this occurs that MYOB send out an alert (via email or login header or both) identifying a system problem? Or is that perhaps too much to ask?

Mine too. Very annoying.
Also, the fault is not being displayed on the status page. This is misleading and makes fault finding hard for the end user.

Hi everyone,
Our team knows that the Save and duplicate in MYOB Business is misbehaving at the moment. For some folks, it’s not creating the new invoice, for others, it just sits on a blank/white screen. It’s a current issue on our side, not your file, and there’s no set timeframe for a fix yet.
While our dev team is working on it, you can try:
- Opening MYOB in an incognito/private window or a different browser and testing Save and duplicate on a simple $1 test invoice
- Temporarily turning off any ad‑blocker or privacy/anti‑virus browser add‑ons for the MYOB site
If it’s still playing up, the safest workaround for now is to manually create the new invoice instead of using Save and duplicate.
