Hi LisaL2, If are unhappy and want to complain to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, you would first need to show that you have complained directly to the financial institution, if you have used the financial institution's complaints process and not received satisfaction, the next step is to go to the AFCA website, start a new complaint, choose the financial institution you wish to complain about and write a description of your complaint. The AFCA will then refer the complaint to the financial institution who will then contact you with their decision/remedy. Once you are satisfied with the outcome, the complaint will be closed.
