I posted about this topic last year and tried to post again just recently. MYOB has removed my original post and thread. My subsequent post was not published to the community forum. It would seem that they are also now censoring negative feedback on their community forum?????
I have also had my replies removed by MYOB when it doesn't suit their narrative. Extremely poor treatment of customers by this company. It is truly disgusting.
Isn't it interesting - I received a response from MYOB moderator regarding my comment re censorship and the removal of posts from the forum. Yet the response does not appear here?
To summarize what Mike_MYOB said- "Many conversations have repeated the same complaints/feedback/questions and have been archived to focus everything under just 1 or 2 posts (this one for example which has over 100 comments)"
Another way of viewing this might be that MYOB does not want community visibility of the overwhelming negative feedback/complaints etc that this unwanted change....just saying.
Whilst I had been in contact with MYOB who agreed to provide an exemption, after weeks of waiting this still has not occurred. I have therefore lodged a complaint with Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
