Hi Genreve
I tried live chat; we waited more than 45 minutes after running the script and attempting the import, but the confirmation email has not come through, and the item list so far has failed to import the items that have transactions.

Just had a look at your case, and I can see you replied about six hours ago. For now, best to hang tight and wait for the email team to get back to you. Looks like the fix didn’t go through, so there’s a chance it might need the data repair team to jump in. But let’s keep working with the email team and see what they come back with.

I still have not heard from the email team. I need to know if anyone is going to fix my problem or if I am required to find my own solution.

Hi mikescott,
Thanks for getting in touch. Had a look and looks like there was a reply sent to you on August 22, might’ve slipped under the radar. Also spotted your new email, and it's in our queue so our email team will get back to you soon.
Best bet is to keep everything on the same email thread, makes it heaps easier for our team to sort out your concern.
