Emailed invoices Invoice summary.

I’m consistently getting called by customers saying they can’t find my banking details because they read the invoice summary. Is there a way to remove invoice summary from emails to resolve this?

    That’s disappointing. Not sure why a summary is even necessary. It only suits volume clients and a significant portion of users would be sending single invoices.

    Hi Greatglass

     

    I can see how the emailed invoices setup can be confusing. At the moment, there isn’t a way to remove the Invoice Summary from the email body.

     

    As a workaround, we’d recommend asking customers to check the attached PDF invoice for the full breakdown and your payment details.
