Importing in Westpac

Is anyone hsving a problem with Importing the payroll file from MYOB into Westpac.

The error is no direct entry service for your network.

 

  • Yes, I have just spoken to Westpac, who have advised this is an error that they have been experiencing since yesterday and are working on a fix.  They advised to just click on the "pay anyone" option and willl process the same..

    i was having same error, now multiple errors generating aba file online.

     

    however if i use desktop app the aba file is fine.....?

  • Yes we are getting the same issue and the Pay Anyone option then seems to take much longer and delay payroll payments. Anyone spoken to Westpac reently on the status of this?

    No solution from westpac. Just a work around

    Hi Jacquie, I have just been continuing with the payment and clicking the "pay anyone" options etc and it loads the payments up the same? We haven't had any reported issues with payments being delayed etc
