Online Payments - Clients can't view online invoice and make payments by Credit Card
Clients are not able to select on invoice &
"Click Here to View" to view online payments and pay by credit card.
I am unable to receive any payments unless a direct deposit to my bank account.
My "Sales Settings" and "Payments" has online payments as "Active" and "Allow Online Invoice Payments" is enabled.
Earlier in the week I disabled the "BPay Option" and since then the error has occured. When I now look at my "Sales Settings" the Bpay Option is enabled again.
I agree, my support requests don't get actioned, I try live chat and also sit on hold for over 2hrs !
