Bills not sending to MYOB

Thanks for letting us know. I can see how that's confusing since it's only happened this time. If bills sent from Outlook aren’t reaching the MYOB In Tray, try removing your email signature and any extra content or images, then resend the bill.

If that doesn’t work, download the bill and use another upload option, such as uploading it directly through Purchases > Bills > Uploads in the browser or dragging it into the Uploads page.
