Change Item description

Hi, I have to do updated and changes in some of items description (item number and name) on Inventory List - Myob but they show me a note: "You have sales or purchases for this item that will be aff...

    Hi Global1,

     

    Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the community forum. I hope you find it a great source of information.

     

    Generally, you can edit the items in your inventory after creating and saving them. However, you cannot change an item's inventory settings if it has been used in a transaction. From what I understand, changing the item name and ID number will not affect your sales history. Please let me know if you require further assistance with this. I'm happy to help.
