DOUBLE CHARGING SUBSCRIPTIONS

I have only one company on MYOB but looking into the increases of the direct debit i find i am being charged 2 subscriptions and for a long time - how do i go abourt getting a refund?

    To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Name of primary contact and email address
    • Business name
    • Invoice number that needs to have refund

      I have just noticed my recurring subscriptions are inconsistent and have had changes over the last 6 months?  I am not sure why they are not the same each invoice?  Could someone please help with this.
