We are currently aware of the issue that has arisen after the new update, where users are encountering an error when trying to email remittances by selecting "unprinted" and the date with all suppliers. This error prompts users to choose a card, even though "All Suppliers" has been selected. Our team is actively working on a fix for this problem. We will post an update on this thread once we have resolved the issue. Thank you for your patience.

This is why I switched off during the MYOB dscover event. It's all very well having an outside presenter talking about engaging with your customers and being proactive about responding to their needs, but this is not behaviour that we see from MYOB.

How many 'issues' do we have to endure... this is very inconvenient.
Hi there, it has now been six days and this issue is still not resolved, this means we will have to either wait to send our remittances late or send individually which will be very time consuming, pretty bad considering I would imagine alot have 20th payments and need to be able to send these now Can you please confirm when this will be resolved?? Really disappointing.
Hi, I just (21st Nov) installed the latest version on my laptop.. same bug happening. Yet another annoying, anti-productive flaw in this sorry software.
I hate it. We're going to xero in the new year.
I am still having this issue which is 8 days later. The only work around is to send them individually which is not viable. MYOB when is this going to be fixed. Needs to be done ASAP
