Emailing invoices from Outlook to MYOB InTray - invoices not reliably going across

Good Morning

 

We have many companies' utilising MYOB, and we are experiencing in only some of them where we send the supplier invoice across to the MYOB in-tray for entry later, however the invoice just doesn't go across for some reason and gets missed.   This has resulted in suppliers not getting paid in a couple of instances.

 

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so. how did you rectify?

  • Yes I am having exactly the same issue. Doesn't happen on all invoices but it is happening more regularly that you send invoices to intray and they never appear. Drag and drop seems to be ok. 

    Would be great if there is a solution to this?

    Hi LDOG and KThexton,

     

    Thanks heaps for flagging this. I can imagine it's a bit annoying when invoices you've emailed from Outlook to the In Tray decide to mysteriously vanish. Not ideal when you're trying to keep suppliers happy. We've actually got a related post that goes through the same issue and some steps you can try.     If it's still playing up after that, the best bet is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can check what's happening in the background and give it a proper fix.
