Thanks for the screenshot! Usually, what you put in your invoice should show up the same when it's emailed. If it's not, check the email template you're using to make sure it has all the details you need. If the template looks good, try sending the invoice again. Sometimes, there might be a glitch that can be resolved by simply resending. You might also clear your AccountRight cache before resending.
