GST Number not showing on invoices

Question

Hi, I notice our GST number isnt showing on the invoices now im using the Browser and templates.

I have tried clicking the GST number in the template settings and hitting save but nothing changes,

I have tried using a different browser to do it as well.

Im in NZ and we are meant to display our GST number.

I've had the same issue, and I've added mine to the website field which I don't use (with text like "GST Number: 123-456-789").&nbsp;

I have just had this pointed out to me after issuing a whole lot of invoices for the end of month.&nbsp; I have managed to add it back in but don't understand how or why it was removed from a saved template.

Nice pickup on the GST number. In MYOB Business, the two most common reasons it doesn’t show on invoices are:
&nbsp;

The ABN/GST isn’t in the main Business details field (Settings → Business settings → Business details).
 If you’ve recently migrated from AccountRight, you might still be using an older or custom template that doesn’t have the ABN/GST field on it.

Quick check: make sure your ABN is in Business details, then try a standard MYOB Business invoice template and see if it appears there.
