Have you resolved this to turn the QR code off. We are flying through paper - such a waste?!?!
Not something we needed or wanted. Nobody is using this QR Code so you (MYOB) are not making money from it. Please fix it.

AmandaMYOB - so what is your solution then? - I am assuming that even if I turn MYOB payments off, that the QR code and view invoice link are still going to be on my PDF invoices? Can you please respond to this and let me know if this is the case.
We are currently downloading the PDF invoice, deleting the page and re-attaching it to an email. I do not want to continue this as it has double the workload of invoicing. Please advise on a solution that you have so that we do not have to continue to do this going forward.

AmandaMYOB with this new August update where you say we'll be able to turn it on or off as needed are you saying per invoice or per customer?
Per customer would be preferable as a setting in their Customer Card File.

I just printed an invoice to my printer from "Print Preview" and didn't notice this bloody QR code printed again on it's own page. This was a new sale converted from a quote created today.
Another tree gone. I thought we had this situation sorted but obviously not.

Hi all.
I'd like to address the confusion surrounding the latest update to AccountRight and the change in how invoices are printed.
Previously, there was a feature gap where exported invoice PDFs from AccountRight didn't include the "How to Pay" section, while emailed invoice attachments and MYOBB invoices did. With this update, we've standardised the PDF format so customers' clients receive a consistent, professional-looking invoice no matter how it's generated or shared.
I completely understand why some customers may find the additional page frustrating, particularly if they're printing invoices and see it as wasted paper. There are a couple of workarounds available:
- If you don't need the payment information page, you can choose to print only the first page by specifying the page range in the print settings.
- Print double-sided to reduce paper usage.
Hopefully that provides some context for the change.

My solution I have just found (That suits us) is to print it off as an ORDER and then save it as an invoice. This was a printed order does not show the QR code. I

My understanding of Microsoft coding defaults when calling the printing dialog box is that all options are enabled. You basically have to write code to disable the "print a selection of pages".
MYOB please provide options to switch this 'how to pay' feature off. Our customers already know how to pay the invoice. Thanks.

I agree with it being aggressive and desperate for payment. We have long standing account customers that are extremely diligent at paying their accounts on time. This feature is extreme overkill and doesn't represent our company at all! MYOBjv SaiMYOB ROC_MYOB PrueMYOB OneMYOB JessAMYOB
