InTray Slow/Lagging

Hi Guys

 

I have 4 company files... but only 1 of them has some serious slowness lagging in the Intray.  Like its minutes after processing one document, the intray goes blank then loads back up with the remaining documents.

 

Is there a way to refresh the file / intray to speed this up?  Its never been this slow in my experience, and is taking so much time out of my day waiting to process transactions.

    Hi kirraBrookies,

     

    That does sound a bit tricky. Nothing worse than having to wait around when you've got a bunch to get through. The good news is there's a quick little trick that usually helps speed things up. Try clearing your AccountRight cache. It's basically like giving your file a mini refresh. Once that's done, reopen your file and see if the In Tray behaves a bit snappier. If it's still dragging its feet, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can take a closer look for you.
