Invoice Reminders not working

Hi My invoice reminders isnt working and when I go into set up the screen is blank. Any help would appreciated

    I've noticed this is still an issue.  When is this expected to be fixed?

    Seven months later and still not working.

     

    This is so typical of MYOB.

      But no issues with putting subscription up !!

    This thread was started 18months ago.  Still no resolution.   I still have this problem and having to switch between online and desktop for this purpose as well as other functions. Subscriptions continue to rise and bugs don't seem to get fixed.  No wonder most accountants are recommeding Xero these days.  Any idea if this will ever be resolved?

      Add my complaint too. What should be a simple matter of  updating the customer record becomes having to open a browser, go to online MYOB, login, click on contacts, find the customer's contact and make the change there.

      Couldn't agree more. No one has replied to me either about price increases but not fixing this . Our accountant is also pushing hard to change to Xero an now I'm thinking due to cost and lack of proper support we may do so. I initiated this thread 18 months ago ridiculous!!

    How can one have a icon on the desktop version for years, without it working.... ?! Super frustrated it is not working.  Can MYOB please give us a timeline on when this will be fixed?

    We are currently aware of a situation with the AccountRight Desktop where the Invoice reminders will not load successfully. This is something that we have passed across to the required team for further investigation for a future update.


    In the meantime, you can access the Invoice reminders through the browser interface.

      Where in the browser can I find the Invoice reminders?

    Hi All, 

     

    Thank you for getting in touch. Currently, we're actively working on resolving the issue, but we don't have a specific timeframe yet. In the meantime, you can access your invoice reminder through your browser by signing in to app.myob.com.

      I also found this thread while looking for why the Invoice Reminder button doesnt load in Accountright. Looks like a similar issue with the android Invoice app, when clicking the Contacts button it has an error and doesnt load contacts, and I have told myob a couple times of the past years and it still doesnt work and all the solution we get told is to use the browser.... Pretty terrible

    I have been receiving dozens upon dozens of e-mail notifications about invoice and statement reminders that will be sent out in a few days time for one of our entities. 

     

    I have followed instructions and unticked e-mail reminders in web browser function but the e-mails still keep coming.  We only had this set up up for a few clients and went into their cards to remove the reminder invoices in the desktop version but got only a gray screen, it is not working.  Same when you try to remove the reminder invoices under Settings, e-mails and you click into invoice reminders, you get a gray screen.

     

    What is going on?

    I understand that yo are trying to turn off the invoice reminder, please check this thread on how you may turn it off. If it's greyed out please make sure that your access has the ability to make changes.

      Thank you for the reply and link. When I try and turn it off in the desktop version, under settings>preferences>emailing>invoice reminders it is greyed out.  I was the one setting the reminders up so I guess I should then have permission to turn them off? I am an administrator on the account and have access to all modules.

        Hi Tjaltjraak1 ,

        If it's greyed out, it may be due to lack of access to that section. I recommend reaching out to the owner or admin of the file to double-check your access. If you are already an admin, try clearing your AccountRight cache to avoid any software discrepancies.
