Hi  I am having the exact same issue.  Dont ask for screen shots as they will be exactly as you have already been given by other users.  Regardless of whether I tick Paid or not the bill does not ap...

Hi Earl - I followed the instructions and still no luck.

 

See attached screen shots, I have multiple attachments for one bill and cannot attach them to the bill from the Intray.

Hi there John06,

 

I've replicated the issue where the bill isn't showing when linking a document from the In Tray, and it's working fine. In this case, it's best to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount for extra help.
