We're sorry to know that you're getting an error exporting excel file. Since you have done reinstalling and the issue still occur, we recommend doing the following steps below:
- Go to Excel Options Dialog-box> Trust center> Trust center settings> Add new location (select the folder where you have saved .XLT files).
- In trust center settings go to File Block Settings check mark the Open & Save on your versions of excel template.
