Unable to export excel files

Hi, I cannot export excel files from MYOB.

It shows "the file may be corrupted, located on a server that is not responding, or read-only"

I also reinstalled the program but it still doesn't work.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.

     

    We're sorry to know that you're getting an error exporting excel file. Since you have done reinstalling and the issue still occur, we recommend doing the following steps below: 

     

    • Go to Excel Options Dialog-box> Trust center> Trust center settings> Add new location (select the folder where you have saved .XLT files).
    • In trust center settings go to File Block Settings check mark the Open & Save on your versions of excel template.

        No, it doesn’t work and still come up the same thing. Do you have any other way to solve this issue?
