      Hi Princess,

We are also having this issue with a payroll that needs to be processed ASAP. Are you able to run this fix for us too?

      Thanks.

    Hello Karina4

Be careful as I tried the first payrun and then it wouldnt let me record after attempting a couple of times.  Then I closed the payrun itself and went back into Payroll and it wasn't there at all (ie you know when it says create a new payrun or continue with any existing one) so I recreated the Payrun and then saved the pay run.

When I went back into the Payroll button the recreated payrun was there for me to continue with so I hit continue and then tried to record again and this time it worked.

Only issue is when I went into my Prepare Electronic Payments, my first payrun was there as well, so it doubled it up.

I checked on STP reporting and my first pay run is there but not reported to the ATO and the second payrun is there and has been recorded and reported to the ATO.

Check the Prepare Electronic Payments first before recording another pay run.

Luckily this is for my office staff who get the same wages everyweek, so I wont need to put through another payrun for them next week.
