ATO error code: CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000389

ATO error code: CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000389

 

Could you please provide an update as to the fix on the above error code to do with salary sacrificing. 

 

It has caused issues for EOFY for our employee and we have had to get our accountant to work it out with the ATO (at a substantial cost to our business) and the three suggested workarounds I have found in this forum have not worked at our end.

    Thank you so much for your detailed post and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with EOFY. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response.

    Generally, this error means there's missing or invalid information in AccountRight that you'll need to update.

    To fix the error:

    1. Check the error details in the STP reporting centre to find out which employee and field has an issue.
    2. Find that field in AccountRight.
    3. Update the field with the required information in the correct format.
