Can't access Employee Card

Hi there,

 

I am unable to access one of my employees card files. I keep getting the following error.

 

 

I am now unable to run his payment summary as i keep getting the same error.

Am i able to get any help for this please?

      Hi Gayathri ,

       

      I have explained the issue and a screen shot in my original post.

      I am unable to rollover my payroll year, as it keeps giving me the same error.

       

      Can i please have this issue looked at ASAP as today i process payroll.

       

      I have tried calling MYOB numerous times and am  on hold for over two hours every time.

        This is the exact issue i am having.

        Today is payroll, and i am unable to roll over my payroll year becasue of the same error.
