Cant open card file

Hi    I can't open one employee card file to edit. It comes up with the message "Something has gone wrong and accountright needs to close" Does anyone know how i can fix this?  Thanks,  Jenna....

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name
  • Email address 
  • Business name
  • Company file name
