Duplicate super payments

I have 3 MYOB data files, 2 files i am having problems with the super payment being duplicated in my bank feeds, the Super PS payment is automatically allocated when i do the bank feed but there is a eft payment still sitting in my bank feed which I cant allocate it to anything as it hasnt gone to any linked account so i cant journal it out, this only happens with 2 of my files the other file is ok and does what it suppose to do.  I have looked at all suggestions with support but cant find what i have done wrong.

Is it something to do with bank feeds?

    Thanks for sharing a detailed post. I’d recommend double-checking your linked accounts setup and how you’re recording the super payments. If everything is set up correctly and the duplication is still occurring, make sure to reach out to our team directly.
