Thanks for the info. It sounds like the same email used during setup may have caused the employee details to duplicate onto another card. If you’ve already updated it and it keeps changing back, it’s likely there are duplicate employee/card records causing it. Best next step would be to check which card is the correct one to keep, then remove the super details from the duplicate card or make that one inactive. After that, try opening Pay Super again and see if it sticks.
