Hi MelBax,
The difference in entitlement balances usually happens when an employee's termination date is removed after they've been terminated. This can cause the system to miscalculate their accruals.
To fix this, you'll need to get in touch with our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They can run a script or, if needed, perform a data file repair to correct the balance.
