    Hi jaybee, and JYKS,

    Thank you so much for your post and my apologies for the late response. 

    If there's a variance between the Hours from Pays and Card Balance in the Entitlement Balance Detail report, this support note provides guidance to address and resolve that situation effectively:  Resolving a difference in Entitlement Balance reports (Australia only)
