Entitlement Balance Summary

I have an employee who was re activated and now when I run the Entitlement Balance Summary they are showing negative balances for Personal Leave and Long service leave, I am not sure how I removed this so it is 0.  Any suggestions welcome, thankyou

    Hey Julie29,

     

    The issue you're experiencing with Entitlement Balance Summary report showing negative balances for leaves after an employee has been reactivated is a known issue. You'll need to reach out to our team to get it sorted. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA.
