    Hi martin6

     

    That verification code sounds like it's taking a long time to appear. SMS codes for Pay Super can take up to about 20 minutes to come through, and it’ll go to the mobile number shown on the setup screen. If it’s not coming through, try these quick checks:

    • Make sure the mobile number on-screen is correct and active
    • Check you’ve got a good reception and can receive texts from unknown/short numbers
    • If you’ve clicked to resend a few times, wait 20 minutes and then try again with one fresh request

    If you still don’t see the code after that, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can have a deeper look at your setup. You can reach out by creating a ticket on My Account or connecting to live chat through MOCA, our virtual assistant.

  • Same problem, I don't know where to find it and can't get any further in the registering process.

    Hi Delar52,

     

    I know that setup step can be a bit of a head-scratcher at first. You're actually on the right track there. When you're setting up Pay Super, MYOB sends a tiny test transaction (usually $0.01) to your bank account. The verification code you need isn't sent via SMS, it's hidden in your bank statement. Have a quick squiz at your transactions and look for that 1 cent deposit from MYOB. In the transaction details/description, you should see a 6-digit code. That's the one you pop into the setup screen. If you can't spot it straight away, sometimes it can take a little bit to show up depending on your bank, so worth checking again shortly.   • yes me I applied 3 weeks ago and am still waiting.  

     

    i'm after the 

    PAYDAY SUPER BANK VERIFICATION CODE to set up and start paying super I'm not waiting for an SMS as the 

    PAYDAY SUPER BANK VERIFICATION CODE comes to your email address.

     

    anybody help with the above ??

    Sorry you’re still waiting for the verification code. Since it’s been more than 3 days since you signed up, the best next step is to contact our support team so they can check what’s happening with the verification code and help get you moving sooner. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.

  • Hi There, having issues across all my accounts and have signed up for payday super for more than 2 weeks now, have not receive the bank notification. Can you help me reset? I've tried the live chat option and have waited for hours and nobody seems to be there, tried this across 3-4 days and there's no number to call. 

     

    Can someone help please on how do I reset, there doesn't seem to be an option.

    hi i spoke to someone at MYOB and they said they have made a note that this needs to be chased up and then they cancelled my 'request for help & marked it as solved'  this is not true - I still don't have my code to set up the payday super.

    this is becoming very frustrating and i'm wondering if i should use another clearing house method?

     

    any help would be appreciated. thanks Julia

    Waiting this long to get your Pay Super sign-up sorted would be really frustrating, I’m sorry for both the delay and the experience you’ve had.

     

    We’re currently working through higher-than-usual demand across our support channels, which has meant longer wait times than we’d like. Our team is actively working through the backlog and doing their best to bring those wait times down.
