Inactive employees' entitlement is excluded

Question

Hi, We need to run an entitlement report of FY24 for auditors. All those terminated employees with inactive marked are excluded from the report. We used below solution without success. Even all the employees including inactive employees are picked, the report has no change. 2 MYOB users have same result by trying both APP and Web versions.

Could you please advise urgently if this function has been removed from MYOB AccountRight? Or any solution? Many thanks.

It's strange that inactive employees aren't showing after selecting "Show Inactive Employees" when running the entitlement report, especially since this function works fine in AccountRight on both the app and desktop versions. To help you and other users of the file sort this out, please clear your AccountRight cache and double-check the employee card file to ensure the employees are marked as inactive. Before running the entitlement balance report again, make sure to include all employees, which should then display the inactive ones.&nbsp;

After clear cache, I still can not see the entitlement of inactive employee. We filled up termination date and inactive the card. The entitlement balance was cleared once the final pay was done. But previously the historical data can be accessed. Should I contact any department for further help? Thanks
