Issues with the Flare HR onboarding Tool

Good afternoon,   My employees are having issues with the Fairwork Statement not loading when they are completing the Self Onboarding Tool.   How can I fix this?

    Hi

     

    I am having the same problem, i tested by adding myself as a casual and i didnt receive the fairwork statement.
