Onboarding Issue

What's going on with employee onboarding?

Multiple employees completed onboarding yesterday have the - "You're all done. Your onboarding is now complete and has been submitted to..." window.

Employee card in AccountRight shows onboarding status: In Progress.

    We have had this problem also and have gone from the desktop to the browser to cancel the invite via the ellipsis ... button but receive the error message this has failed to be cancelled try later or contact support?

    We did the same thing and got the same error message. Tried to resend the invite, message said it was sent but employees never received it.

    We had to slightly change their surname by putting a ' at the end & ask to use the employee's partners email address to re-send the invite for them to complete the onboarding

    Hi TBDT,

     

    Sorry for the late reply. That does sound confusing, especially when the employees are seeing the “all done” message but the card is still waving the In Progress flag. A good first step is to open the employee cards and check whether the onboarding details have actually flowed through, even if the status hasn’t caught up yet. Sometimes the status can lag behind the submitted details a little and make it look like the process is still halfway through its journey. If you’ve also tried resending the invite and it says it was sent but the employees never received it, and things are still the same, it’d be best to reach out to our support team so they can check what’s causing that and what’s happening behind the scenes with the onboarding sync.
