Leave Entitlements - Balance Adjustment Column

Hi MYOB gurus,

 

I am trying to manually enter the holiday leave accrual leave entitlement balance into the balance adjustment column. We had recorded the leave entitlements manually and like to add the balances into to the MYOB to record it all through the system.

I am on the Employee Card - Payroll Details- Entitlements page - Holiday Leave Accrual field - Balance.

The field is white and shows '0.000', but I can't add numbers in there? I am able to change the balance field of the Sick Leave Accrual.

It is all set up in the payroll Category list, on percentage basis.

Help please.

    Hi there Sylvelinp,

     

    Since the Balance Adjustment field is showing as white, it normally means you can enter hours there— but if you're unable to, I'd suggest creating a void pay with just the number of hours you need to add or deduct from the entitlement. This way, you can also add a memo noting that it's a leave adjustment. You can check this link for more information.
