Long Service Leave Incorrect Balances

For a while now we add LSL as an entitlement for all employees including on start-up so that MYOB is calculating their entitlement.  At the time, 13 December 2020 for the current employees we manuall...

    Hey Maria6062,

     

    I can imagine how concerning this mix-up with your long service leave balance must be. If the Long Service Leave (LSL) balance hours appear incorrect, you can definitely create a pay run to adjust the hours. Often, discrepancies in entitlement balances occur due to manual changes. To identify where the discrepancy is coming from, you can check the Entitlement Balance Detail report. This report will help you pinpoint any inconsistencies and understand the source of the error.
