Notification of Super Fund Changes Effective 1/7/2026 - received from Employee

Employee has provided the Notification of Super Fund Changes effective 1/7/2026.

 

Their super account is moving from Super Retirement Fund (SRF) to National Mutual Retirement Fund (NMRF).

 

Fund ABN is 76746741299

USI is 76746741299231

 

When I go into Lists > Superannuation Funds > Select NEW and the drop down list.......the Fund does not appear. I have also tried The Trustee for National Mutual Retirement Fund, which is the entity name.

 

How do I rectify this situation, to change these details before 1/7/2026?

Since the fund isn’t showing in the list, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can check this further for you. When you contact them, it’ll help to include the fund name, ABN, USI, and a copy or screenshot of the notice your employee provided.
