Notification of Super Fund Changes Effective 1/7/2026 - received from Employee

Employee has provided the Notification of Super Fund changes effective 1/7/2026.

Their super account is moving from Super Retirement Fund (SRF) to National Mutual Retirement Fund (NMRF).

New Fund details:

ABN = 76746741299

USI = 76746741299231

When I go to add this new superfund in Lists > Superannuation Funds> Select NEW and the drop down list.......the new fund does not appear.

I have also tried using The Trustee for National Mutual Retirement Fund (NMRF).

How do I rectify this situation, to change the superfund details, before 1/07/2026?

Help PLEASE!

    As of tonight 05.07.26, MYOB have not fixed the issue and I still can't pay this Employees Super, I have also sent a request to MYOB to help with this. Its these type of issues that don't help Business's, it will be the Businesses fault that the Super isn't paid to the Employees fund in time, when it isnt for lack of trying. MYOB has to do better.

    Appears issue is not solved yet.

    Has anyone worked out how to add the Super Fund? National Mutual Retirement Fund

  • Hi Terry

    I have the same issue.

    But if you select SMSF, National Mutual is there. (can't use it as it's not SMSF)

    It looks like MYOB have added NM in but added it as SMSF instead of APRA
