Hi, I'm doing weekly super payments now in prep for 1July and was fine last week but this week, I've tried to get the authorisation code but it seems to be delayed which is annoying enough and shouldn't take up to 20mins but it means I can't do anything else in MYOB as I can't close the screen until it comes through.
Also, why can't the code be via email or a MFA app like Authy or Microsoft Authenticator as that would reduce the delay.

Waiting that long for an SMS code really isn’t ideal, and I can completely understand how frustrating that must’ve been. That’s really not how we want things to go for you.
At the moment, Pay Super authorisation codes can only be sent by SMS for security reasons, so options like email or an authenticator app aren’t available just yet. If you’d like to see this as an option down the track, I’d really encourage you to add it to our Ideas Board too. That gives other users a chance to vote on it as well, and the more support it gets there, the more visibility it has with our product team.
