Thanks for flagging this and for your patience. Totally get how frustrating that “not authorised” message is. We’ve identified an issue on our side and we’re onto it, working to sort it as fast as possible. In the meantime, you can still complete your STP reporting using the AccountRight browser. No need to keep trying to send an update event. For the latest, keep an eye on our status page. We’ll post updates there, including if you need to re‑lodge this week’s STP.
